Nach den Wirrungen der 1920er und 1930er Jahre war im Jahr 1938 die Geburtsstunde des 12 Years Chivas Regal, dieser wird bis heute weiter produziert. Urspr\u00fcnglich von Charles H. Julian 1939 f\u00fcr den US-Markt kreiert, ist er seit \u00fcber 100 Jahren bis heute eine der beliebtesten Abf\u00fcllungen der Welt. Der erste Chivas wurde 25 Jahre lang gereift und im Jahr 1909 auf den Markt gebracht. Obwohl der Blend einen gro\u00dfen Anteil an Grain Whisky zu enthalten scheint, ist auch Strathisla stark vertreten.<br \/>\nDie kultige Marke begann 1838 mit dem Verkauf von Whisky-Mischungen und der Boom in der Produktion von Grain-Whisky erm\u00f6glichte es dem neu gegr\u00fcndeten Unternehmen Chivas Brothers, eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl erfolgreicher Blended Whiskys in Europa und den Vereinigten Staaten herauszubringen. Nach dem Aufkauf durch Seagram &#8211; dem auch die Brennerei Strathisla geh\u00f6rte, die als Basis-Malt f\u00fcr die Blends diente &#8211; und dann durch Pernod Ricard ist die Marke Chivas heute international bekannt und bietet eine breite Palette von Whiskys an, von Einsteigerabf\u00fcllungen bis hin zu Luxuswhiskys.<br \/>\nEine seltene und sammelw\u00fcrdige alte Abf\u00fcllung des weltbekannten Klassikers von der Chivas Brothers Ltd. des 12yo Chivas Regal Blended Scotch Whisky aus den fr\u00fchen 1980er Jahren, der heute in dieser alten Qualit\u00e4t nur noch selten zu finden ist! <strong>Hier die seltene Abf\u00fcllung mit 40% und 0,7l!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sidenote zum Abf\u00fcller: Chivas Regal<br \/>\n<\/strong>Chivas Regal ist eine Whisky-Marke der Firma Chivas Brothers Ltd., seit 2001 ein Tochterunternehmen des Pernod-Ricard-Konzerns. Der Name leitet sich vom Schloss Schivas am Fluss Ythan in der schottischen Provinz Aberdeenshire ab. \u00dcberregional bekannt wurde die Firma, seit sie ab 1843 den k\u00f6niglichen Hof von K\u00f6nigin Victoria in Balmoral Castle belieferte (engl. regal = k\u00f6niglich, majest\u00e4tisch).<br \/>\n1801 er\u00f6ffneten die Br\u00fcder James und John Chivas (engl. Chivas Brothers) in Aberdeen ein Handelsunternehmen f\u00fcr Whiskys und Lebensmittel. Bereits seit dem Ende des 19.
