Haig ist einer der gro\u00dfen Namen im Bereich Scotch Whisky Blending und f\u00fchrte 1893 seinen legend\u00e4ren Dimple Bottle Whisky (in den USA als Pinch bekannt) ein. Dimple wurde zu einem der meistverkauften Whiskys Gro\u00dfbritanniens, und in den fr\u00fchen 1970er Jahren war Haig das erste Unternehmen, das j\u00e4hrlich einen Umsatz von einer Million Kisten f\u00fcr seine Whiskys erzielte, bevor der Eigent\u00fcmer DCL die Marke 1977 nach einem Streit mit der EWG von den Inlandsm\u00e4rkten zur\u00fcckzog.
