Die Whiskyserie umfasst drei handgefertigte Small Batch Whiskys, die nach dem Aroma und dem Geschmack benannt sind, die sie pr\u00e4sentieren. The Hive (der Bienenstock), Spice King (der Gew\u00fcrzk\u00f6nig) und Peat Chminey (der Torfkamin).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Peat Chimney 2020<br \/>\n<\/strong>Der unabh\u00e4ngige Abf\u00fcller Wemyss Malts ist bekannt daf\u00fcr, dass er seine Abf\u00fcllungen nach den vorherrschenden Geschmacksnoten bezeichnet. So tr\u00e4gt auch dieser Blended Malt sein Geschmack im Namen versteckt. Der Peat Chimney ist die englische Bezeichnung f\u00fcr den Kamin und steht f\u00fcr rauchige, torfige Note des vatted Malts. <span class=\"value\">F\u00fcr die Herstellung des Peat Chimney verm\u00e4hlt Master Blender Charles MacLean eine Vielzahl verschiedener Single Malt Whiskys der Islay, Highland und Speyside Regionen: 58 % Speyside Malts, 34 % stark getorfte Islay Whiskys und etwa je 4 % getorfte Highland und Island Malts<\/span>. Der Wemyss Malts Peat Chimney wird nicht k\u00fchlgefiltert und kommt mit 46.0% vol. in die Flaschen. Wemyss Malts verpasste den Abf\u00fcllungen in 2020 ein sehr gelungenes neues Design. Die typischen torfigen Aromen des Peat Chimney werden unter Kennern h\u00e4ufig mit provokanten Begriffen beschrieben wie Lagerfeuer, Teer, feuchtes Moor oder medizinisches Jod.
