Mittlerweile gibt es in der Pittermanns Unchained-Kollektion eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl verschiedener Varianten: Malzig oder torfig und verschiedene Fasssorten. Sehr stolz ist das Team um Peter Esser darauf behaupten zu k\u00f6nnen, den ersten in K\u00f6ln hergestellten Whisky anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen. In der kleinen Destillerie in K\u00f6ln haben sie den Grundstein f\u00fcr K\u00f6lner Whisky gesetzt. Die erste Charge ihres Single Malt Whiskys war in kurzer Zeit ausverkauft. Die mittlerweile vierte Version ihres Single Malts ist seit Dezember 2021 in ihrem Online-Shop erh\u00e4ltlich. Neben Whisky brennen sie ebenfalls Gin, Genever und Lik\u00f6r per Hand und bieten einzigartige Tropfen, die es nicht an jeder Ecke zu kaufen gibt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Fact:\u00a0<\/strong>Pittermanns &amp; ein Affen-Logo&#8230; Der Affe Petermann war ein m\u00e4nnlicher, dressierter Schimpanse, welcher im Jahr 1985 aus dem K\u00f6lner Zoo fliehen konnte. Auf der Flucht wurde er zusammen mit seiner Dame Susi von der Polizei erschossen und gilt seitdem als K\u00f6lner Freiheitsfigur. Der Geist von Petermann lebt seit 2016 in den ausgefallenen und kreativen Craft Spirits von Pittermanns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Unchained Single Malt Whisky (Islay Fass)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wunderbar torfig &amp; phenolich&#8230; der \u00ab\u00a0Unchained Single Malt Whisky\u00a0\u00bb Quarter Cask wurde in Fassst\u00e4rke bei herrlichen 61,0% alc. abgef\u00fcllt. Eine Sonderabf\u00fcllung f\u00fcr unsere dramfolks auction No.5 und gereift im ber\u00fchmten Quarter Cask (125l) von Laphroaig. Die Fassart l\u00e4sst auch erkennen, aus welchem \u00ab\u00a0Holz\u00a0\u00bb er ist&#8230; gebrannt aus 100% torfger\u00e4uchertem Gerstenmalz mit 35 ppm Phenol lassen hier wunderbar ausgewogene Raucharomen entstehen, die nicht nur f\u00fcr die \u00ab\u00a0peatheads\u00a0\u00bb sind. Dieser Cask Strengh ist ungew\u00f6hnlich ausgereift, obwohl er \u00ab\u00a0nur\u00a0\u00bb knapp 3 Jahre im Fass reifen durfte.
