Destille: The New Zealand Whisky Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n

1974 er\u00f6ffnete in Neuseeland mit Willowbank, auch \u00ab\u00a0The Wilson\u2019s Dunedin Distillery\u00a0\u00bb genannt, die s\u00fcdlichste Destille der Welt. Die Familie Baker produzierte dort Whiskys bis zur Schlie\u00dfung im Jahr 1997 die unter den Markennamen \u00ab\u00a0Milford\u00a0\u00bb und \u00ab\u00a0Lammerlaw\u00a0\u00bb vertrieben wurden. 2010 kaufte die \u00ab\u00a0The New Zealand Whisky Company\u00a0\u00bb die letzten 80.000 Liter Whisky die in insgesamt 443 F\u00e4ssern zuvor in einem Flugzeughangar reiften. Seitdem lagern die seltenen F\u00e4sser im Ort Oamaru, in Lagerh\u00e4usern nahe des Ozeans. Ab und an wird eine dieser seltenen Kostbarkeiten abgef\u00fcllt und mit dem Ziel vermarktet, in Zukunft eine neue Brennerei zu gr\u00fcnden.<\/p>\n
