Destille: Bladnoch
\n<\/strong>Bladnoch ist eine Whiskybrennerei im Dorf Bladnoch nahe Wigtown, Dumfries and Galloway, Schottland. Die Brennerei wurde 1817 von den Br\u00fcdern John und Thomas McClelland gegr\u00fcndet. 1905 wurde die Produktion eingestellt und 1911 wurde sie an Wm Dunville & Co. Ltd. verkauft. Ab Oktober 1912 wurde wieder Whisky gebrannt. Bis 1937 folgten zahlreich kurzzeitige Stilllegungen. 1938 wurde die Destillerie an Ross & Coulter verkauft, die Brennblasen wurden abgebaut und nach Schweden gebracht. Erst 1956 wurde die Brennerei durch Bladnoch Co. Ltd. wieder aufgebaut. 1964 wurde die Brennerei an McGow & Cameron verkauft, welche 1966 zwei weitere Brennblasen einbauen lie\u00dfen. 1973 kauften Inverhouse Distillers die Brennerei, 1983 ging sie an Arthur Bell & Sons und 1985 zu United Distillers, welche sie 1993 stilllegten. 1995 wurde der Betrieb von Raymond Armstrong aus Nordirland gekauft und im Jahr 2000 mit zwei Brennblasen wieder in Betrieb genommen. Dieser Whisky ist erst seit April 2008 als Single Malt im Handel erh\u00e4ltlich. Daneben gibt es noch meist unabh\u00e4ngige Abf\u00fcllungen aus der Produktion vor 1994.
\n2015 wurde die Destillerie vom australischen Unternehmer David Prior gekauft. Im Februar 2017 wurde mit der Modernisierung der Brennerei begonnen. J\u00e4hrliche Produktionsmenge: ca. 0,25 Millionen Liter Alkohol.<\/p>\n

Whisky\/Whiskey: Samsara 2017 Celebrating 200 Years<\/strong>
\nDer Bladnoch Samsara zelebriert die Wiedergeburt der s\u00fcdlichsten Destillerie Schottlands. Als einer von 3 Neuvorstellungen reifte der Samsara in erstbef\u00fcllten kalifornischen Rotwein- und Bourbonf\u00e4ssern. Dadurch verleiht es ihm einen fruchtigen und malzigen Kern, sowie ein Hauch von Pflaume und Vanille, die im Abgang mit einem Hauch von W\u00fcrze abgerundet wird. Er enth\u00e4lt mindestens 8 Jahre und \u00e4ltere Anteile von gereiften Whisky. Ungefiltert, in nat\u00fcrlicher Farbe und mit 46,7 % Alk.vol. abgef\u00fcllt, wurde dieser Single Malt zur Wiederer\u00f6ffnung der Brennerei und zu ihrem 200-j\u00e4hrigen Bestehen als limitierte Auflage abgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n
