Er ist der einzige Gran Reserva Brandy, der vollst\u00e4ndig in Jerez de la Frontera hergestellt wird \u2013 von der Traube bis zur Flasche \u2013 und verk\u00f6rpert damit die reine Essenz dieser traditionsreichen Region.<br \/>\nLepanto wird ausschlie\u00dflich aus der Palomino Fino-Traube gewonnen \u2013 der klassischen Sherry-Rebsorte. Die Weine werden in traditionellen Charentais-Destillierapparaten (aus Cognac) doppelt destilliert. Nur das \u201eHerzst\u00fcck\u201c des Destillats, die sogenannte Holanda, wird f\u00fcr die Reifung verwendet.<br \/>\nDie Reifung erfolgt \u00fcber 15 Jahre im Solera- und Criadera-System in amerikanischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern, die zuvor mit edelsten Sherrys wie Pedro Xim\u00e9nez belegt waren. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt der Brandy seine komplexe Aromatik und Tiefe.<br \/>\nFarbe: Dunkles Bernstein mit mahagonifarbenen Reflexen.<br \/>\nNase: Intensive Aromen von Rosinen, getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten, Holz und Karamell.<br \/>\nGaumen: Vollmundig, weich und elegant mit Noten von Datteln, N\u00fcssen, Vanille und Sherry.
