\n<\/strong>In den bayerischen Alpen am Schliersee liegt die Destillerie Lantenhammer, bekannt f\u00fcr hochwertige Edelbr\u00e4nde, die seit Generationen im Familienbesitz ist und heute von der Familie Stetter gef\u00fchrt wird.
\nBrau- und Destilliermeister Florian Stetter unternahm in den 90er Jahren eine Studienreise nach Schottland. Fasziniert von der Whiskyherstellung kam er mit der Vision nach Hause selbst Whisky in Bayern zu brennen. Seit 1999 wird nun am Schliersee Bavarian Single Malt Whisky destilliert.<\/p>\n

Fun Fakt:<\/strong> Florian Stetter wettet nach seiner Schottlandreise mit seinen Kollegen um einen Kasten Wei\u00dfbier, dass man auch in Oberbayern erstklassigen Whisky brennen kann \u2013 und er gewinnt! Schon wenig sp\u00e4ter wird in der elterlichen Destillerie Lantenhammer Whisky gebrannt.<\/p>\n

Die erfahrensten Destillateure von Slyrs w\u00e4hlten f\u00fcr jede SLYRS DISTILLERS CHOICE einzelne, besondere F\u00e4sser aus ihrer Fasshalle am Schliersee aus und kreieren daraus eine einmalige, exklusive Whisky-Rarit\u00e4t.
\nSo spiegelt jede SLYRS DISTILLERS CHOICE Edition die Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und das meisterhafte Handwerk des verantwortlichen Destillateurs wider.
\nVor 25 Jahren wurde der Grundstein f\u00fcr SLYRS Whisky gelegt. Als Fortf\u00fchrung dieses Pioniergeistes pr\u00e4sentiert Destillateurmeister Hans Kemenater seine Distiller\u2018s Choice \u2013 eine einzigartige Mischung aus f\u00fcnf sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlten F\u00e4ssern \u2013 als Hommage an die Kunst und das Handwerk ihrer bayrischen Heimat. Die Farbe zeichnet sich durch “hellen Bernstein” aus. Im Geruch zeigen sich ” vollreife Fr\u00fcchte, s\u00fc\u00dfer Honig, Vanille, subtiler Rauch, leichte Nussigkeit und zarte Blumigkeit”. Im Geschmack dann “trocken, nussig, karamells\u00fc\u00df, sanft rauchig, wei\u00dfer Pfeffer, Muskatnuss und R\u00f6staromen”, welcher dann im Nachklang von “vollmundig, sehr facettenreich, mit Nuancen von Pfefferminze, Toffee und kandierten Fr\u00fcchten” abgel\u00f6st wird. Ein echter H\u00f6hepunkt zum 25. Jubil\u00e4um der SLYRS Bavarian Whisky Distillery. Streng limitiert auf 1.999 Flaschen – hier Bottle No. 501!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
