Diese wurden im Dezember 2015 abgeschlossen.\u00a02016 wurde die Produktion mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 400.000 F\u00e4ssern j\u00e4hrlich aufgenommen.\u00a0Zwei Produktionslinien destillieren sowohl im Pot-Still-, als auch im Patent-Still-Verfahren (Column Stills) irischen Whiskey und erm\u00f6glichen damit die <span class=\"tx-datamintslossaryextension-no-replacement\">Herstellung<\/span> von Pot-, Malt-, Grain- und Blended <span class=\"tx-datamintslossaryextension-no-replacement\">Whiskey<\/span>. Die Lagerh\u00e4user wurden an den Ufern des Flusses Barrow errichtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Fakt:\u00a0<\/strong>Die Walsh Whiskey Distillery stellten den Writers Tears mit traditionellen Methoden her. Er ist ein dreifach destillierter Whiskey und ein 100% Pot-Still Blend dazu. Das hei\u00dft es ist kein Grain-Whiskey enthalten (aus Mais gebrannt). Writers Tears enth\u00e4lt Pure Pot Still Whiskey (gebrannt aus gem\u00e4lzter und ungem\u00e4lzter Gerste), sowie Single Malt Whiskey (aus gem\u00e4lzter Gerste).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Writers\u2019 Tears Mizunara Cask Finish<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Walsh Whisky Distillery hatte die Idee zum Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan eine Whisky abzuf\u00fcllen. Hier ver\u00f6ffentlichte der unabh\u00e4ngige Abf\u00fcller aus Carlow mit dem Writers Tears Mizunara p\u00fcnktlich zum World Cup den passenden Irish Whiskey. Der Writers Tears Japanese Mizunara Cask erhielt nach seiner Reifung in amerikanischen Bourbonf\u00e4ssern eine 9 monatige Schlussreifung in F\u00e4ssern aus japanischer Mizunara Eiche. Durch den Einfluss dieser F\u00e4sser erhielt der Whiskey seine Noten von Vanille, Kokosnuss, gr\u00fcnen Fr\u00fcchten und asiatischen Gew\u00fcrzen.
