Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb der Familie Hinrichsen blickt auf eine lange Familientradition zur\u00fcck. Seit dem Jahr 1630 betreibt die Familie einen landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb auf F\u00f6hr. Seit 1771 hat sie Hof und L\u00e4ndereien in Dunsum. Den jetzigen Standort des Hofes, die Aussiedlung, gibt es seit 1964. Als erster Betrieb auf der Insel F\u00f6hr haben sich die Hinrichsens den Traum einer eigenen Distillery zur Whiskyherstellung erf\u00fcllt. Die besondere Lage inmitten des Nationalparks Wattenmeer, beste F\u00f6hrer Rohstoffe und die behutsame Verarbeitung auf ihrem Hof in Dunsum lassen ein einzigartiges Produkt entstehen. Alle Verarbeitungsschritte erfolgen auf ihrem Hof, vom Anbau des Getreides bis hin zum fertigen Produkt \u2013 das ist deutschlandweit nahezu einmalig. Dazu haben wir eine reine Whiskydestille. So wanderte erstmals sein Ururgro\u00dfvater Hinrich Cornelius Hinrichsen um 1860 nach Amerika aus und wurde Baumf\u00e4ller. Weitere folgten, aber immer wieder kam der ein oder andere zur\u00fcck nach F\u00f6hr, um den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb fortzuf\u00fchren. Die ausgewanderten Vorfahren der Familie waren unter anderem Kapit\u00e4ne auf der Amerikaroute oder betrieben in New York Delikatessen-Gesch\u00e4fte. Auch heute gibt es noch guten Kontakt zu den Verwandten in den USA, die dort Farmer im Hudson Valley sind.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Frisian Single Farm Whisky Cuv\u00e9e (Batch 1)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der allererste Frisian Single Farm Whisky! Was f\u00fcr eine seltene Gelegenheit. Die &#8220;Daftmills&#8221; Deutschlands haben uns ihren Frisian Single Farm Whisky Cuv\u00e9e, aus dem Batch 1 und mit der Flaschen Nr. 20 (!!!!!) zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt. Mit 54,4% alc.vol. unfiltriert &amp; ungef\u00e4rbt abgef\u00fcllt. Nur 630 Liter wurden von diesem kostbaren Whisky hergestellt und in Oloroso-, Amerikanischer Eiche- und Pedro Xim\u00e9nez-F\u00e4ssern veredelt. Laut den Hinrichsens hat dieser Single Farm Whisky Cuv\u00e9e ein tolles Mundgef\u00fchl, welches &#8220;weich, \u00f6lig, nach Fruchtbrot, getrocknete Fr\u00fcchte, Malzaroma, dunkle Schokolade, R\u00f6staromen, Toast, Karamell, Vanille, getrocknet Zitrusfr\u00fcchte, Kokos&#8221; schmeckt.
