Benannt ist es nach dem Dorf und Herrenhaus von Mackmyra, wo die erste Destillerie gegr\u00fcndet wurde, im Wohnviertel Valbo, s\u00fcdwestlich von G\u00e4vle. Mackmyra Svensk Whisky AB ist ein b\u00f6rsennotiertes Unternehmen, das im Dezember 2011 an der Nasdaq OMXs alternativem Investmentmarkt First North notiert wurde. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt rund 45 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschaftet einen Jahresumsatz von rund 100 Millionen SEK. Sein gr\u00f6\u00dfter Anteilseigner ist die schwedische Bauerngenossenschaft Lantm\u00e4nnen. J\u00e4hrliche Produktionskapazit\u00e4t: ca. 1,7 Mio. Liter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun fact: <\/strong>Vom Wintersport \u00fcber Rezepte zu &#8220;ausverkauft in 20 Min.&#8221;&#8230; Die Geschichte von Mackmyra begann 1998 in einem schwedischen Wintersportort, wo sich acht Freunde vom Royal Institute of Technology zu einem Skiausflug trafen. Als sie bemerkten, dass alle eine Flasche Malt Whisky f\u00fcr den Gastgeber mitgebracht hatten, begann ein Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber die Herstellung eines schwedischen Whiskys. Im darauffolgenden Jahr wurde ein Unternehmen gegr\u00fcndet und nach jahrelangem Experimentieren mit 170 verschiedenen Rezepten entschied man sich schlie\u00dflich 2002 f\u00fcr zwei finale Rezepte. Der erste Single Malt Whisky in limitierter Auflage, Preludium 01, kam im Februar 2006 auf den Markt und war in weniger als 20 Minuten ausverkauft&#8230;. b\u00e4\u00e4m!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Limousin S\u00e4songswhisky<br \/>\n<\/strong>In der Whisky-Serie S\u00e4songs ist der Limousin von dem magischen Sonnenlicht inspiriert, das \u00fcber die franz\u00f6sische Landschaft scheint. Zu diesem Zweck wurde ein Teil des Whiskys in Cognac-F\u00e4ssern aus franz\u00f6sischer Eiche aus dem Limousin-Streifen gereift oder erstbef\u00fcllt. Diese F\u00e4sser stammten aus dem Hause Ferrand. Die anderen F\u00e4sser waren: F\u00e4sser aus amerikanischer Eiche, getr\u00e4nkt mit Oloroso-Sherry (frisch, erste und zweite F\u00fcllung), Standardf\u00e4sser aus amerikanischer Eiche, 100-Liter-F\u00e4sser, in denen Himbeerwein gereift war, 30-Liter-F\u00e4sser aus schwedischer Eiche und Ex-Bourbon-F\u00e4sser. Der Whisky wird ohne Kaltfiltration und mit seiner nat\u00fcrlichen Farbe in einer St\u00e4rke von 46,1% abgef\u00fcllt.
