Fasziniert von der Whiskyherstellung kam er mit der Vision nach Hause selbst Whisky in Bayern zu brennen. Seit 1999 wird nun am Schliersee Bavarian Single Malt Whisky destilliert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fun Fakt:<\/strong> Florian Stetter wettet nach seiner Schottlandreise mit seinen Kollegen um einen Kasten Wei\u00dfbier, dass man auch in Oberbayern erstklassigen Whisky brennen kann \u2013 und er gewinnt! Schon wenig sp\u00e4ter wird in der elterlichen Destillerie Lantenhammer Whisky gebrannt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Whisky\/Whiskey: Distillers Choice Maibock Beer Cask<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SLYRS Distiller&#8217;s Choice, eine einzigartige Whisky-Kreation aus dem Herzen der bayrischen Alpen, wird 1-2 Mal j\u00e4hrlich von erfahrenen Destillateuren ausgew\u00e4hlt und produziert. Der SLYRS Single Malt Whisky DISTILLERS CHOICE Maibock Cask Finish, kreiert von Adrian Die\u00dfl, reifte nach traditioneller Lagerung in Amerikanischer Wei\u00dfeiche in F\u00e4ssern, die zuvor Maibock der Schlossbrauerei Valley beherbergten. Diese Kombination erzeugt eine einzigartige Harmonie von Malzs\u00fc\u00dfe, Hopfennoten, Vanille und Karamell, die die Handwerkskunst und Pers\u00f6nlichkeit der Destillateure widerspiegelt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser strahlend goldene Whisky entfaltet einen malzigen Charakter im Geruch, gepaart mit intensiven Noten von Honig, Karamell und Holzofenbrot. Feine Nuancen reifer Beeren erg\u00e4nzen das Bouquet. Geschmacklich pr\u00e4sentiert er sich leicht s\u00fc\u00df und sehr vollmundig, ausbalanciert durch eine dezente hopfige Bitternote. Der Nachklang ist sauber, mit anhaltenden T\u00f6nen von s\u00fc\u00dfem, reichhaltigem Krustenbrot, das ein rundum harmonisches Geschmackserlebnis hinterl\u00e4sst.
